Insurance

Dr Parsley is a participant in many managed care insurance plans and our services are covered by most insurers. All insurance providers have referral guidelines for specialty care, and will tell you if we participate in their plans.

Some insurance plans require referral for specialty care through your primary care practitioner. If appropriate referrals are not in place at the time of the appointment via your primary care practitioner, you will be responsible for your x-rays and consultation charges.

Dr. Parsley gladly accepts Medicare assignment.

Medications and Refills

In order to receive timely refills, please call two days in advance of running out of your medication.

For safety reasons, refills are not performed after hours and on weekends.

What to Bring to your Appointment

• Your insurance card
• X-rays. Any films (old or new) will be helpful. Please check them out and bring them
• Test Results and Actual Test Films, CT scans, MRI's and the Radiologist's report
• Operative Notes from any previous surgeries are extremely helpful

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your Appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire.
